Refund & Transfer Policy



What if I have a ticket but I can't make the event?

1. You can obtain a refund if you notify us in advance.  Please check event notifications for refund request cutoff dates. You can also email us at rsvp@nycuxpa.org to request a refund in advance of the event.

2. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. Ticket transfers can be made on or before an event by sending a request to rsvp@nycuxpa.org. Many of our events are held in locations where front desk security requires an attendee list, so make your transfer requests as early as possible. Please provide the transferee with a confirmation printout.
