The NYC UXPA's Mentorship Program connects experienced industry professionals with aspiring talent in a supportive one-on-one environment, focusing on the soft skills that make a UX professional successful in a team environment. The goal is to provide both individuals with a mutually rewarding relationship while balancing busy lives and schedules.

The program is open to all NYC UXPA members. Applications for both mentees and mentors are open February 1 - February 10, 2017. Learn more about the program.
