Refund & Transfer Policy

What if I have a ticket but I can't make the event?

1. You can obtain a refund if you notify us in advance.  Please check event notifications for refund request cutoff dates. You can also email us at to request a refund in advance of the event.

2. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. Ticket transfers can be made on or before an event by sending a request to Many of our events are held in locations where front desk security requires an attendee list, so make your transfer requests as early as possible. Please provide the transferee with a confirmation printout.
